All regular classes are $10~ give more if you can.

We will follow Masks to Mats, wearing masks through the entry to our mats. Once on the mat, please follow what gives you comfort and safety.

Mondays

Kundalini Starting Jan. 31
8:15 – 9:30 am

Kundalini is a combination of postures (kriya), breathing, mantra (sound) and meditation done in a specific sequence.  Each class will be different and will have a particular focus, like strengthening the immune system, opening the heart, supporting digestion, overhauling the nervous system, firing up the metabolism, releasing anger… We start by tuning in, then warming up, followed by a kriya (exercise sequence), a meditation and relaxation.

Buti Yoga 
6:30 – 7:30 pm

Get outta your head~ this class is meant to be FUN and forgiving. We will practice uniting the mind and body through warm-up, movement in asanas, dance, and cool down stretch. Trust your body and move to the music. No two classes are exactly alike and the energy is pure bliss. 

Buti is an Indian word that means “a cure that has been hidden or kept secret.” Sattva means “enlightened one.” We are butisattvas, ones who unlock our cure from the inside through intuitive movement, cardio intensive dance, strength, conditioning and deep core work. 

Bring your mat, towel, H2O and an open mindset. Everyone welcome. 

Tuesdays

Morning Flow
7:30 – 8:45 am

Begin with a gentle warm-up and build toward a peak pose that will change weekly. Then we’ll move into a balancing cool-down and finish with a few restorative poses. We’ll fine-tune our class depending on the level of experience and comfort you bring. Join us, share what poses you’d like to work toward, and I’ll create the sequences. Let’s grow our practices together.

Momma and Me Movement
10:15 – 11:05 am

Bring your little one (ages 6 months-2 years) while getting in shape and bonding. You (Mom or Dad, Caretaker) will be practicing yoga and Pilates movements while playfully interacting with your little one. Feel free to bring any blankets or toys that your little one might need during class.

Limited to 6 parents/6 kiddos for spacing.

Yoga Lounge
5:30 – 6:45 pm

Total relaxation down on the mat. Enjoy long, slow, and deep stretches to a chill-out playlist. Wear warm, comfortable clothes and bring whatever restorative props you’d like to use.

Wednesdays

Morning Flow
8:00 – 9:00 am

Let’s stretch, wake up, and get going! This class is designed to get your blood moving and your day started. Start with a warm-up and breathwork, then let’s get that body moving. Followed by a cool-down and Shavasana.

Meditation
9:05 – 9:30 am

Stay after the 8 am class or come at 9:00 am for a nourishing reset.

Restorative 
7:00 – 8:15 pm

This class provides the opportunity to decompress at the end of your day. We will begin with breathing exercises and/or a guided meditation, then work our way into some gentle restorative poses. We allow ourselves to slow down and settle into the poses in order to reap the full benefits. Class will end in savasana with a short sound bath.

Thursdays

Wake up and Stretch
6:30 – 7:30 am – no class in January

Wake up to an energizing and restorative session with Treone. Give your body the stretch it needs to balance your active life. 

Morning Flow

Begin with easy warm-ups, move into sun salutations, open into standing work, then return to the mat for a restorative cool-down and shavasana. Practice includes space for personal-choice movement within sequences, always accompanied by heartfelt, beautiful music. 

Fridays

Morning Vinyasa Flow
7:00 – 7:45 am
Smoky Wander

It’s easy to get going in the day without warming up your blood. This class is designed for those who are not quite ready for a full work out first thing in the morning but want to get their mobility going before hitting the mountain or jumping  into their workday. We’re going to breathe in those good vibes for a better mindset to tackle the day.

Morning Vinyasa
8:30 – 9:45 am

This class is a great way to begin the day, creating some heat and energy within the body. We’ll start with breath work and warm ups, allowing ourselves to center before picking up pace. As class speeds up, we will sync the breath with movement, coming to a peak pose and then slowing down again towards the end. We will end with savasana and a short sound bath.

Restorative
5:15 – 6:45 pm
Amber Rowe

Come unwind, relax, and reset your mind and body with this gentle class. We’ll focus on releasing tension, easing over and under used muscles, and getting into a good headspace in these mellow evening classes. Wear comfortable, warm clothes and bring any favorite props.

Saturdays

Breath and Movement From the Heart
9:00 – 10:15 am

All levels welcome. Class starts with easy breathing and warm-up pranayama,  then progresses to standing and balance poses.

Sundays

Restorative
9 – 10:00 am

This morning class is designed to be a gentle morning warm up. Starting with breath work and warming up the body. Then moving into traditional poses that all levels should feel comfortable attempting with or without props. It is designed to help work out those tight places that we create in our busy week. Ending in shavasana.
