Learn how to find balance and optimize your wellness with this introduction to Ayurvedic living workshop. Ayurveda, which literally means the “science of life,” offers ancient wisdom to optimize health by living in balance with nature. This workshop covers the basics of Ayurveda, and guides you in how to design a balanced life filled with rejuvenating self-care. You will go home with your own custom “balance blend” essential oil roller bottle.

$45 includes “balanced blend” essential oil roller bottle and course materials, $40 for CUB members and patrons

Jean Keese is passionate about inspiring others to find ways to find balance, so they can optimize their health – and life. Jean is a published author, teacher, Clinical Ayurvedic Practitioner and Whole Health Advocate. She’s a lover of real food, herbs, essential oils, warm beverages and good friends. She’s a hoarder of books, and loves to write. She is often found enjoying the outdoors exploring, hiking, biking or on the river. She requires open space, and finds therapy in managing her family flock of chickens, small herd of milk goats, pony, dogs and garden. Jean has spent years working to master the art of living. Jean is a graduate of the California College of Ayurveda and the American Institute of Vedic Studies, earning her certificate as a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist and Pancha Karma Specialist. Jean studied Yoga with the Ananda Ashram in Grass Valley, and with Integrative Yoga Therapy. Jean is also a Pilates instructor, and has completed two comprehensive teacher training programs, including Polestar which focuses on rehabilitative elements of Pilates. Read more about Jean here.
